Agilysys opened fiscal 2027 with broad gains across revenue and profitability. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 reached $87.7 million, up 14.3% from the prior-year quarter. Gross profit rose 17.7% to $55.7 million. Gross margin was 63.5%, up 1.8 percentage points.

Agilysys closed fiscal 2026 with a fourth quarter that paired double-digit top-line growth with much stronger profitability. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 was $82.9 million, up 11.7%. Gross profit rose 18.6% to $53.4 million, pushing gross margin to 64.4%, up 3.7 percentage points.

Agilysys reported total net revenue of $80.39 million for its fiscal 2026 third quarter, up 15.6% from the prior-year quarter. Subscription and maintenance revenue drove the increase, rising 17.2%, while professional services revenue grew 22.0%. Products revenue was flat.

Agilysys closed fiscal 2024 with revenue of $62.22 million in the March 2024 quarter, up 17.6% from the prior-year quarter. Full fiscal year revenue reached $237.46 million, up 19.9%. Gross profit was $38.28 million for the quarter, up 18.9%, and $144.26 million for the year, up 19.4%.

Agilysys (AGYS) reported higher revenue but weaker profitability in its first quarter of fiscal 2024. Revenue rose 18.0% to $56.06 million from $47.51 million a year earlier. Gross profit increased 16.0% to $33.06 million. Gross margin slipped to 59.0% from 60.0%. Operating income fell 68.4% to $0.96 million.

Agilysys finished fiscal 2023 with a stronger fourth quarter than the prior-year period. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 was $52.90 million, up 13.6% from the prior-year quarter. Gross profit rose to $32.18 million, up 16.2%.

Agilysys posted record revenue of $49.9 million in its fiscal 2023 third quarter, a 26.5% gain from $39.5 million a year earlier. Nine-month revenue reached $145.2 million, up 25.1%. Every revenue line grew. Products revenue rose 32.0% on higher deliveries to new customers and expansion at existing accounts.

Agilysys reported fiscal 2023 second quarter total net revenue of $47.7 million, up 26.0% from the prior-year quarter. Gross profit rose 21.1% to $29.4 million. Gross margin was 61.5%, down 2.5 percentage points. Operating income rose 161.3% to $2.9 million, and operating margin was 6.1%, up 3.2 percentage points.

Agilysys opened fiscal 2023 with a record revenue quarter. Total revenue for the three months ended June 30, 2022 was $47.5 million, up 22.7% from $38.7 million in the prior-year quarter. Gross profit rose 14.6% to $28.5 million, but gross margin slipped to 60.0% from 64.2% as the revenue mix shifted.

Agilysys closed fiscal 2022 with fourth-quarter revenue of $46.56 million, up 28.1% from the prior-year quarter. Full-year revenue reached $162.64 million, up 18.6%. Management described the quarter as the best ever revenue quarter and said it was 11% above the previous best mark.

Agilysys reported total net revenue of $39.5 million for fiscal 2022 third quarter, up 7.6% from $36.7 million a year earlier. The quarter swung back to a GAAP profit. Operating income was $1.6 million against an operating loss of $1.8 million in the prior-year quarter.

Agilysys reported fiscal 2022 first quarter revenue of $38.7 million, up 29.9% from the prior-year quarter. Recurring revenue reached a record $23.2 million, or 59.9% of total net revenue. Subscription revenue also set a record at $10.2 million and rose 33.2% from the fiscal 2021 first quarter.

Agilysys reported fiscal 2021 fourth quarter revenue of $36.3 million, down 8.4% from the prior-year quarter. Full-year revenue was $137.2 million, down 14.7%.

Agilysys closed fiscal 2021 third quarter with revenue of $36.7 million, down 12.7% from the prior-year quarter. The top line remains under pressure from the pandemic. Products and professional services sales were hit by delayed customer purchasing decisions and customer site restrictions.

Agilysys reported total net revenue of $34.4 million for the fiscal 2021 second quarter, a 15.6% decline from $40.7 million in the prior-year quarter. The weakness sat in the transactional parts of the business.

Agilysys reported fiscal 2021 first quarter revenue of $29.8 million, a 22.4% decrease from $38.4 million in the prior-year quarter. Gross profit was $18.55 million, down 7.3% from $20.01 million. Gross margin rose to 62.2% from 52.1%.
