AIOps capabilities, process automation from the Rundeck acquisition, status pages for stakeholder communication, and workflow automation all broaden the scope. Automation Actions let responders run diagnostic and remediation scripts directly from the incident timeline, cutting resolution time. PagerDuty Copilot brings generative AI with automated postmortems, status update drafts, and remediation suggestions.

Over 29,000 customers use PagerDuty, including about 65% of the Fortune 100. Technology, financial services, retail, healthcare, and government are the primary sectors. Annual revenue is roughly $450 million. Subscriptions drive over 95% of revenue. Gross margins exceed 85%. About 1,200 employees work at the company.
