SentinelOne reported revenue of $291.98 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2027, up 20.6% from $242.18 million in the same quarter last year. The company said revenue grew 21% and that it raised its revenue and operating income outlook for fiscal year 2027.

SentinelOne opened fiscal 2027 with revenue of $276.66 million in the quarter ended April 30, 2026, up 20.8% from $229.03 million a year earlier. Annualized recurring revenue grew faster, rising 23% to $1,163 million as of April 30, 2026.

SentinelOne closed fiscal 2026 with $271.2 million of fourth-quarter revenue, up 20.2% from $225.5 million in the prior-year quarter. Full-year revenue reached $1,001.3 million against $821.5 million a year earlier, an increase of 21.9%, pushing the company past the billion-dollar mark for the first time.

SentinelOne's fiscal 2026 third quarter, ended October 31, 2025, produced revenue of $258.9 million, up 22.9% from $210.6 million in the prior-year quarter. Annualized recurring revenue climbed 23% to $1,055.3 million. The number of customers spending at least $100,000 in ARR rose 20% to 1,572.

SentinelOne's fiscal 2026 second quarter delivered strong top-line growth alongside a wider GAAP loss. Revenue rose 21.7% to $242.2 million. Gross profit rose 22.6% to $181.7 million, and GAAP gross margin came in at 75.0%, up 0.5 percentage points from the prior-year quarter.

SentinelOne's fiscal 2026 opened with revenue of $229.0 million for the quarter ended April 30, 2025, up 22.9% from $186.4 million in the prior-year quarter. Gross profit increased to $172.5 million from $136.2 million.

SentinelOne closed fiscal 2025 with fourth-quarter revenue of $225.5 million, up 29.5% from the prior-year quarter. Full-year revenue reached $821.5 million, up 32.2%. Gross profit followed the same path, at $168.5 million for the quarter, up 33.8%, and $610.4 million for the full year, up 38.1%.

SentinelOne reported third quarter fiscal 2025 revenue of $210.65 million, up 28.3% from the prior-year quarter. Gross profit was $157.39 million, up 30.7%. The GAAP operating loss widened to $89.12 million, and the GAAP net loss widened to $78.36 million.

SentinelOne reported fiscal 2025 second quarter revenue of $198.9 million, up 33.1% from $149.4 million a year earlier. Year-to-date revenue was $385.3 million, up 36.2% from $282.8 million. Annualized recurring revenue rose 32% to $806.0 million as of July 31, 2024.

SentinelOne's fiscal 2025 first quarter carried the same theme as recent periods: rapid growth with losses that keep shrinking. Revenue reached $186.4 million in the quarter ended April 30, 2024, up 39.7% from $133.4 million in the prior-year quarter.

SentinelOne closed fiscal year 2024 with fourth quarter revenue of $174.2 million, up 38.1% from a year earlier. Full year revenue was $621.2 million, up 47.1%. The company exited the year with annualized recurring revenue of $724.4 million, up 39% year over year. Net new ARR in the quarter was $61 million.

SentinelOne's second quarter of fiscal 2024, ended July 31, 2023, delivered revenue of $149.4 million, up 45.8% from $102.5 million in the prior-year quarter. Revenue for the six months ended July 31, 2023 was $282.8 million, up 56.5% from the same period a year earlier.

SentinelOne reported first quarter fiscal 2024 results for the period ended April 30, 2023. Revenue rose 70.5% to $133.39 million from $78.26 million in the prior-year quarter. Gross profit climbed 77.7% to $90.81 million, and gross margin expanded to 68.1% from 65.3%. The company still posted steep losses.

SentinelOne closed FY2023 Q4 with revenue of $126.1 million, up 92.1% year over year. Full-year revenue was $422.2 million, up 106.1%. Annualized recurring revenue reached $548.7 million, up 88% from a year earlier, crossing the half-billion-dollar mark.

SentinelOne's FY2023 Q3, the quarter ended October 31, 2022, delivered another set of triple-digit growth numbers. Revenue rose 106% year over year to $115.3 million. Annualized recurring revenue also grew 106% to $487.4 million.

SentinelOne delivered another quarter of rapid growth in the second quarter of fiscal 2023. Revenue reached $102.5 million, up 124% from the prior-year quarter. GAAP gross profit rose 146% to $66.2 million, and GAAP gross margin expanded to 64.6%.

SentinelOne opened fiscal 2023 with another triple-digit quarter. Revenue reached $78.3 million in the three months ended April 30, 2022, up 109.3% from $37.4 million a year earlier. Gross profit rose to $51.1 million from $19.1 million, an increase of 167.5%.

SentinelOne closed fiscal 2022 with another quarter of triple-digit growth. Revenue in the fiscal 2022 fourth quarter was $65.6 million, up 119.8% from $29.9 million in the prior-year quarter. For the full fiscal year, revenue reached $204.8 million, up 120.1% from $93.1 million.

SentinelOne's fiscal third quarter, ended October 31, 2021, brought revenue of $56.0 million, up 128% from $24.6 million in the same quarter a year earlier. New customers accounted for 43% of the increase, existing customers for 39% and MSP, MSSP and OEM channel partners for 18%.

SentinelOne grew revenue 121.3% in its fiscal second quarter, to $45.75 million from $20.67 million a year earlier. Results for the six months ended July 31, 2021 tell the same story, with revenue of $83.14 million, up 115.2% from the prior-year period.
