GitLab posted total revenue of $264.2 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, up 23% from $214.5 million in the same quarter a year earlier. Gross profit rose 20% to $226.7 million, but gross margin slipped to 85.8% from 88.3%.

GitLab closed fiscal 2026 with $260.4 million in fourth-quarter revenue, up 23.2% year over year. Full-year revenue reached $955.2 million, up 25.8%. The top line grew faster than gross profit. GitLab's fiscal 2026 third quarter revenue reached $244.4 million, up 24.6% from a year earlier. Gross profit was $212.1 million, up 22.0%, while gross margin slipped to 86.8%, down 1.9 percentage points.

GitLab's fiscal 2026 second quarter produced $235.96 million in revenue, up 29.2% from $182.58 million in the same quarter last year. First-half revenue reached $450.47 million, up 28.1% from $351.77 million. Gross profit rose 28.7% to $207.46 million, but gross margin slipped to 87.9% from 88.3%.

GitLab's first quarter of fiscal 2026 delivered $214.5 million in revenue, up 26.8% from the prior-year quarter. Gross profit rose 26.0% to $189.5 million. Gross margin slipped to 88.3% from 88.9%, a decline of 0.6 percentage points.

GitLab closed fiscal 2025 with fourth quarter revenue of $211.4 million, up 29.1% from $163.8 million in the prior-year quarter. Full year revenue reached $759.2 million, up 30.9% from $579.9 million. Growth came from new customers, expansion inside the existing base, and larger enterprise deals.

GitLab's third quarter fiscal 2025 revenue reached $196.0 million, up 31% year over year. Gross profit rose 29.2% to $173.9 million. Gross margin was 88.7%, down from the prior-year quarter. The company still posted an operating loss, but it narrowed to $28.7 million.

GitLab's fiscal 2024 second quarter, ended July 31, 2023, delivered fast top-line growth while GAAP losses remained. Revenue was $139.6 million, up 38.1% from the prior-year quarter. Year-to-date revenue was $266.5 million, up 41.4%.
