OpenText finished Fiscal 2026 with fourth-quarter revenue of $1.35 billion, up 2.9% from the prior-year quarter. GAAP operating income of $319.7 million rose 76.1%, and GAAP net income of $155.7 million rose 439.9%.
OpenText reported fiscal 2026 third quarter revenue of $1,282.5 million, up 2.2% from the prior-year quarter.
